Under Pakistan prison rules , section 131-136 , any prisoner released should be fed one meal, given clothes and provided ticket or money to go back home.

Lol nice gensture no conviction no punishments and handing over money for the job well done ,This incident has put irrecoverable damage to the reputation of LEA . I was frankly ashamed of how things have gone by

Good move by the army IMO. Without Army, more bloodshed was very much possible as this government is inept.
With due respect
As like pre Sawat situation? the state bent over for “ Sharia lovers “ and for time being we save ourselves from a so called “ bloodshed “ but latter we paid thousands dead?

What an insane excuse presented here by the OP.
They were not released after completion of their punishment, but got released as a result of a "Pact".

Mullahs were able to let parties accept the condition of release of all these terrorist, but our politicians and army were not even able to let parties accept the condition that they will not be get paid after the release?

It seems that even Army itself not presented this excuse.
But you, as apologist, fabricated this excuse at your own.

The clause applies to anyone getting released from prison after arrest. Read the document.
Also the reason of paying 1000 rs was specifically mentioned as bus fare in all news reports .

Haters gonna hate. We have a segment of society who are intolerant towards conservative Muslims, that segment of society happen to be rich enough to afford the internet and english lessons. A lot of those people would have taken joy in seeing these people killed, in the same way they took joy in drone strikes and the same way they took joy at the army operations in FATA (which were something that was nessacary but ultimately led to the loss of lives for our own soldiers and civillians, for which reason i see no joy).

The rules quoted apply only to prisoners who are being released from jail upon completion of their punishments imposed by courts after due process of law.
