why Chinese culture can always absorb other cultures and India not

I said, that is what minorities see in India. China was unified in the Shang and Zhou dynasties. There was one script during that time, The Zhou split up during the warring states when the feudal lords declared themselves kings, and the one zhou script diverged into many. Then Qin reunited the Zhou states and restandarized the script and eliminated the other scripts.

And are you telling me An Shigao is fake? He was an Iranic Parthian Prince and he brought Buddhism to China, not Indians.

Tell me one thing if china has that much influence of its culture why the Confucius institutes which are promoted by China failed miserably recently, where as the concepts of Dharma originated in India spread throughout world.
India is the epi centre of Dharma and Dharmic concepts that spread through out the world.
Regarding Persian language, this language was confined only to kings courts, muslims even the turkic rulers used Urdu which originated from Hindi as a medium of communication.
You saying some persian brought buddhism to china is like saying we got Islam from Xinjiang people so there is no significance for Saudi. Tibet is a major place where Buddhism flourished and took route and it was mainly by the monks who crossed the mountains. Similarly the persian monk whom you are talking about is also a guy who was influenced by India dharmic principles.

The Silk route also aided for the spread of buddhism.

These are the quotes about India please go through them

Will Durant, American historian: "India was the motherland of our race, and Sanskrit the mother of Europe's languages: she was the mother of our philosophy; mother, through the Arabs, of much of our mathematics; mother, through the Buddha, of the ideals embodied in Christianity; mother, through the village community, of self-government and democracy. Mother India is in many ways the mother of us all".

These are the words of Chinese ambassador:

Hu Shih, former Ambassador of China to USA: "India conquered and dominated China culturally for 20 centuries without ever having to send a single soldier across her border."

Never claimed that Indians spread Buddhism to China (although read that it was Bodhisattva, from South India, Probably Kerala). My specific point is, Chinese people followed (and still following) Indian philosophy to great extent. So, the OP claim about Chinese culture being adopted by ALL invaders doesn't hold water when Chinese themselves adopted Indian culture (although Indians didn't Invade Chinese militarily)...

So what? This Indian culture was adopted by you guys from cattle herders from Eastern Europe.

History details the physical features of the Buddhist missionaries. "Blue eyes, and fair hair" does not resemble Indians.

Have you gone through the article on " 36% of NASA scientists are indians...?"
LOL, not again, another shameless fabricated stuff from the Indians. Mother of European language is Greek/Latin. Sanskrit probably came from Avestan, though both have Slavic origin. The idea of democracy was Greek's, so is the method of modern mathematics.

"Mother India is in many ways the mother of us all". -- Only an Indian would call India, "Mother India" LOL.

Hu Shih, former Ambassador of China to USA: "India conquered and dominated China culturally for 20 centuries without ever having to send a single soldier across her border."

And why would a diplomat used a militaristic metaphor, and word like, "conquered" in describing the relationship between Buddhism, India and China? Not unless the fabricator has a chip over his shoulder, LOL, we know who got his *** whooped.

Shameless faker, ancient China was the center of the world, from traders to religious missionaries, they all paid tribute and presented new ideas to the emperor. Buddhism was accepted, but it did replace the mainstream Confucianism or Taoism.

The funny thing is, he is referring to a culture forced unto him by a foreign people, a people of European origin. And then they did it again when the British came.

Indo-Aryans dominated India, so did the Turkics, Mongolic's, Arabs, many Central Asians, and indeed many different Europeans, most prominently the British.

Your culture is stolen from white settlers.

Physical characteristics of the Buddha - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

He need had fair hair. "Every hair-root dark colored"

"Eyes deep blue" Grey eyes are not unheard of in India. Many in my family have green eyes. Just because you chinese come in straight black hair, black eyes, and the same physical features doesn't mean we do too.

There is no evidence of this. Chinese culture came from the Chinese, while India has been inhabited by all kinds of diverse people.

He need had fair hair

I wasn't referring to Buddha.

"Eyes deep blue" Grey eyes are not unheard of in India

Grey eyes are not blue eyes. What's more likely, the Indo-Aryan settlers from Central Asia (which did indeed have a plethora of blue eyes) which settled in Northern India just a millennium before the Buddha, were the ancestors, or the Dravidian-looking Indians which had little to no eye color variation, were the ancestors?

And I hope you are able to spare me from your attempts at insulting our supposedly 'generic' looks. You have little to no hair and eye color variation. The Bollywood films are not even close to a reflection of the Indian population, especially those White guys always standing in the background, pretending to be a part of Indian society.

These are the words of Chinese ambassador:

Why has your dharmic hindu religion been beaten so badly in Afghanistan, southeast asia (malaysia and indonesia) that it is confined to the puny island of Bali and a few other pockets? :omghaha:

Hu Shih was a member of the May Fourth Movement, which advocated destroying traditional Chinese culture and language and replacing it with western culture. Why should i give a **** as to what he allegedly said?

And provide me a source for that quote, a non indian source.

And Chinese people have colored eyes and hair in provinces like Gansu (especially Liqian village) and? China received Buddhism from white Iranic Parthians and tocharians, not Indians.

So, Chinese culture is adaptation of Indian Culture who adopted is from cattle grazers and still you claim to be superior!! The simple fact is, Chinese culture is like color of a Chameleon... they have the least respect for their own stuff and the stuffs they are proud of is not entirely theirs.... the pathetic attempt to appease people with "Blue eyes, and fair hair" has no limits so much so that all Chinese I have talked to (on business purpose) have an "international" name which pretty much sound christian.. first have self respect before taunting some non-existent cultural superiority....

Budhism was originated from Nepal, not India.and China is not a Budhist country.China is a confucian country.Budhism was only accepted by the Chinese after it's heavily sinicized and became something of China's own.China takes foreign elements to her culture and make them their own, every culture does, but the foundation of the Chinese culture was not tampered, that's why it's generally believed by most historian in the world that Chinese civilization is the oldest continuous one in world history as the article stated.

Gautama was born in Nepal...he attained knowledge and became Buddha in bodhgaya which is currently part of India...

Perhaps you are forgetting Bodhidharma and Xuanzang who took Buddhist teaching directly from India into China.

So your family background include the Aryans that invaded India. Good to know that you are not a pure native Indians, such as Australoids or Dravidians.
