Why are the Muslim Dynasties considered foreign?

I don't understand, you've had many powerful Muslim rulers indigenous to the region. For example, Ahmed Shah Abdali was a Pakhtun who came from Multan, Aurangzeb came from Gujarat, Shah Jahan came from Lahore (his mother was also a Rajput), Ghazi Malik and Sikander Lodi both had Punjabi mothers (from Dipalpur and Sirhind respectively), Sikander Butshikan was a Kashmiri, you had the Soomra and Samma dynasties from Sindh, Mir Chaka Rind was from Baluchistan, etc.

These rulers have influenced our culture so much, our language, clothes, religion, even our food comes from them. Heck, my fathers town (Sarai Alamgir) was founded by Aurangzeb. Pakistan itself only exists because of these Muslim conquests. So why is it that people (at least on this forum) view these guys as foreign, and having no connection to Pakistan and Pakistanis other than religion? Even the Pakistanis on this forum seem to feel no connection to these Muslim rulers, other than the fact that they were Muslim like most Pakistanis today. It bewilders me.

Even the foreign rulers had numerous locals fighting alongside them, for example, Muhammad Bin Qasim had Gujjar and Med mercenaries fighting alongside him, and Babur had received strong support from Sarang Khan, a Gakhar chief (he was even given the title of Sultan due to his services to the Mughal Empire). These foreign rulers also brought along with them many people who came, settled down and intermarried with the local population. Many Pakistanis and Hindustani Muslims are no doubt descended from them, so why are these conquerors considered alien to the sub-continent?

Funnily enough, some of Ghaznavi's top soldiers were from Hindustan/Pakistan. What's even more ironic is that they allegedly committed more atrocities than the Turks, Afghans and Persians in his army. So much for Akhand Bharat lol.

Actually Majority Of People In Present Day Pakistan Were Buddhists Not Hindus.There Is No Large Hindu Landmark Except Katas Raj Not Even Ruins.But There Are Massive Buddhist Relics That Remain In North Pakistan.

Pakistan was not predominantly Buddhist. Buddhism was dominant in Gandhara (KPK) and Sindh. Avertha (Ancestor worship) was practiced beside other religions in Punjab and Sindh. North Punjab had indigenous deities while Multan (South Punjab) practiced a form a Zoroastrianism. Modern-day GB had mostly local shamanism while Kashmir had Hinduism, Buddhism and local religions.

Overall it was very diverse.

Broadly speaking Islam as a religion is not native to subcontinent as such its followers are considered as outsiders. A white man in america is still considered as european descendant not as a native.

From the perspective of society, subcontinent is a patriarchal society where males dominate. Tribalism or clan culture expects ppl to marry within the clan and any one who marries outside is considered outsiders. Given that muslims as invaders are outsiders this is generally extended to all those native ppl who got converted.
