Wha, doesn't China own the moon whenever they wish to claim it? Just like in their post-signing declaration to the Law of the Sea treaty they declared international law means whatever the Law of the People's Republic of China says and whatever conflicts with the Law of the People's Republic of China isn't to be recognized.
