Since Pak has managed to live with it and absorb the sanctions..it does not make any diff now as who really created it [although we all know it]
in fact almost every nuclear country I guess has stolen or borrowed some kind of tech for its program...
One thing i guess i need to appreciate, Pak went thru only downs in last one decade but it still remained firm when it came to its Nuke program Pak has really created a good shield for itself at least against India!
