India bought Rafale without ToT at the 240 million price tag which did not even include any weapons (India paid extra). Whereas the tiny Qatar nation buys the same Rafale at 110 million a piece.

can you list that deal as far as i know it cost less than 4 billion euro for 24 aircrafts including weapons deal(total 5.2 euro including frigates)
