when we south asians apply for a job in the west that pay will stay the same regardless of which colour or nationality is applying for the job.
In GCC they have 3 different pays one of cheap labour (south asians), different pay for GCC nationals and a different pay for people coming from the West to work in GCC.

Theres a huge pay divide based just on passports and nationality.

I know there is institutional racism in the west which is deep rooted, especially when it comes to promotions etc but atleast when they advertise for a job they dont change the salary based just on nationality and passport.

If i apply for a job in UAE with my British passport i will get a job paying me 5x times more then if i applied for the same job in the same company with the same qualifications with an Indian or Pakistani passport.

Just doesnt make sense why India and Pakistan are letting our top talent be poached by GCC when we very well know they wont treat us the same as the white man or an Arab doing the same job.
