Well, speak and agitate to overthrow the rich person who is keeping us ghulam. And naukri pesha should not mean ghulami. In a progressive socio-economic system a working person is an equal partner in the running of his or her company. You should watch the trailer of the wonderful Hindi film Rocket Singh : Salesman of the Year.

OK, agent of Ambani.
Insan partnership pe rukta nai phir. Sub chahiay hota hai phir logon ko.

Kisi bhi company mein equal paise aka investment kro, to sub equal rahaenge.

Now if someone is investing in the XXXXs of XXXXXes of their own money in some business, and employing you for whatever reason.. you have no right to sit at the high table, and you do not get to drive in a Maybach like he boss.

Boss boss hota hai.. naukat naukar hota hai... yaad rakhio is baat ko.

I was the technological co-founder of a company some years ago with the backing of a financial co-founder. When I get finance again for a new company I will insist on arranging the company on progressive lines.

Investors eat each other. Partners eat each other. And if you invest and others not then how they are equal to you? And people usually invest because they don't want to work.
So kafi chezain Hain.

Now you can see what percent of WB and Bangladesh land is arable (most of it apparently). This is the reason it became the economic powerhouse during Mughal times and will rise again for the same reason (rate of urbanization and industrialization is now one of the highest in the subcontinent....).
Y'all have deadly combination of sea access and arable land- means lots of population and means to use that population because of sea access

(On a personal note and in not so serious or academic sense this is my thinking - I think ideal population of all of bangal should be max 100-150 million people(maybe 50 Years from now it'll reach that level), same issue with Hindi regions they have more people than Pakistan in just one state - imagine if we add all of the Hindi region, that'll be crazy and we cry about overpopulation lol )
Intresting map

A lot of people groups living in the inlands do not have the luxury of ports and it makes devalopment x10 times harder

And in South Asia most of the population is inland with no sea access - which is a nightmare for devalopment

I am seeing per Capita incomes and it reflects - everyone inland is kinda poor except for small states in India exception being haryana, Punjab (even here mid level nothing crazy)
Same situation in Pakistan everyone is poor except for Sindh with a port and exception being Punjab (just like India nothing crazy just mid tier stuff)
