Nice to see you're getting results, my friend lost over 100 pounds and put on alot of muscle, he can curl like 100 poundshe inspired me so is signed up for the gym a month ago and havn't came in once

100 pounds :O in what time frame?
I cant curl 100 pounds, but can do 30 pounds for 16 reps for 3 sets

My target is to reach 50 lbs in a span of 6 to 8 months. But I am more behind a strong core and abs than huge bulging biceps.
