alternate your eyes on both in linear motion as fast as you can ,don't focus on one.You got the satan.

Otherwise it will keep playing with your mind.

Here is an another solution

place the pointer of your mouse on the boundary of one circle and from there concentrate on the nearest point on the boundary of other circle.

Here is an another solution

place the pointer of your mouse on the boundary of one circle and from there concentrate on the nearest point on the boundary of other circle.

yup that's also working.

we got a game....an exercise for your eyes(working on my suggestion) and then rest them (by opting tiger's suggestion).

Both times the circles are not moving.
