I workout in the evening :)
The arms, shoulder/lats , back all are sore from last evenings action ;-)

Donno If I can do some today

Your going to workout the same muscles? General rule is to let your muscles recover and grow.

I havn't been at the gyn in a while, last time i was at the gym i went with my 6-4 330lbs friend, he bench pressed alot of weight, so then he asked if i could bench the same...i tryed...i failed :D and several people seen it  that's what happens when you try to impress people :hitwall:

.
You are right, he used to work in Hindi movies and was a big flop in that. He tried doing all these stuff in Bollywood movies too and definitely people dint accept him unlike his followers in Tamilnadu :D

Na sakal na shurat, aa gaye hero banne. I really hate that guy

I am not a fan of rajnikant.. but let me tell you he has done social work in his state, majority of the people adore him for that.. more over in almost in every movie he takes the role of a poor man. poor people tend to see themself in his characters...
I heard some where that he is pretty famous in Japan too..
I dont comment on the actions he does in the movie

BTW sakal and surat are not required for an actor, there are so many hollywood actors who doesn't have this. In bollywood we have Nana patekar and I like Nana..

Yes, thats true, I am not planning to do any upper body exercises, instead planning for thigh, calf and some core.

But I can not workout when part of my body is sort of paralysed :( Hope it gets better in next 4 hours...

:rofl::rofl::rofl:

Usually happens.

Has anyone noticed, the energy level goes up when you see a beautiful lady in the gym ? You can lift 20% more weight without any issues ;) :D

He must have. INfact all biggies do something atleast for eyewash. He might have done some genuine work, i am not doubting it. and what about role of a poor man? :D an actor should be able to justify all roles. BTW I have not seen or intend to see any of his movies to comment on that part. I think in shivaji he was a NRI? in Guru also a rich guy?

About shakal and shurat, yes for an actor, those are not reqd, but for being a star and being popular in bollywood, yes its required. The very same reason why Nana never became a star like SRK, aamir etc.

I have noticed that :) but the best technique is to take a deep breath and stick out your chest, that way you appear much bigger, the only draw back to this is if the girls talks to you you will have to exhale, thus your big chest deflates and you end up looking like a tool bag.

The hollywood doesn't consider shakal and surat, only the Bollywood .. and we Indians as a whole are obsessed with the Color. one good example is a guy with the looks of wisley snipes would never become a hero in Bollywood

You hit the bulls eye...

Thats exactly what I was trying to say. Rajnikanth does not have the looks to be a star in Bollywood. Same with guys like Nasrudeen shah and farooq sekh (I guess i typed it right). All these guys are great actors but does not have the typical bollywood look.

But times are changing with the new age multiplex movies. People with non typical looks are also clicking

I have(read don't have) money, so i buy things every now & then I just bought a M2K i didnt liked it so now I am thinking for a Rafale
