Shredded Turkey with yellowish Basmati Rice and some Tomato pickle mixed in.

I remembered to take a pic before I finished it.
Man, I hate the taste of Turkey, it has a very gamey taste, that throws me off. I've tried it multiple ways.

I use blendtec pro 800 but there are many other options as well.


Control your food.. exercise does not help much in weight loss. It just helps you to stay in shape.
That's true, but I dont eat that much. Maybe it's that i eat small amounts periodically that's messing with me.

I also only eat Pop Mie or Indomie if there is no delicious food on my kitchen and lazy to go out to find street food somewhere.
Atleast you have street food there, nothin here. Unless you want Mc'Ds or other type of heavy fatty foods.

I have recently started a campaign to eat clean
3 days into this goal

I had my last Pakistani Meal Last Saturday, had visitors at home so ordered from outside

> Resturant Food (Karahi chicken x2 , 1 Biryani , 5 Seikh Kababs and Naan)
>Ordered a Vimto Soda pop
> Ordered a Pak coloa Soda pop

That was my good bye meal

  • Now start of something new.................for next 6 months

Staying Organic food as much as possible

What are you, a tree?
Pollution is also part of our daily life which is not talked too much as we do not pay attention to it much. Every city has some level of pollution which one inhales or absorbs every day while working all day.

Where I live the pollution is visible from 15 nm out.

Are you working in chemical or cement factory?
No.
However living in industrial city all these toxin produced by industries are in the air which are either inhaled or absorbed while working out doors or in doors with windows open.

That's true and thank God finally we have a ruler who thinks about it and has announced about planting 10 billion trees. He got 1 billion planted in KPK alone and InshaAllah once completed, within 4-5 yrs we will feel the positive effects on the environment.

It's best if you home cook that broccoli thing. Premade stuff has alot of salts.

Fair point, but that is part of the respiratory tract not the digestive tract ;)

The ingredients come separated
It separates all the sauce , 100% you can opt to only eat the
Steam Cooked meal , 0% Oil in steam cooked meal warmed in microwave 5 min

I tend to use only about 15-20% of sauce provided I don't mix it up
If I were to cook the meal myself using traditional steam cooker style would take me 35-40 minutes, I use it as a dipping sauce so I consume only 15% of sauce, remainder I throw away
