Bzzzzzt - try again. Sajeeb Wazed Joy is sitting cozy in a mansion in Sunny Florida. No way he's coming back to Bangladesh to fight with these low class Goondas.

Plus he essentially grew up in the States/overseas and is a polished technocrat. He is cut out for lobbying in Washington only and running clean-cut outfits like IT companies, not running political parties or corrupt govt. in Bangladesh.

There are plenty of thirty something Mujib-lings though, waiting in the wings. kids of Sheikh Rehana (Hasina's sister), kids of Fazlul Huq Moni (one of whom is mayor of Dhaka - Lincoln's Inn trained Barrister Sheikh Fazle Noor Taposh, and whom I think is being hastily groomed).

Fazle Noor Taposh may be in the mind of Hasina. However, I wish Obaidul Qader be elected. He is quite experienced. He almost force-built a few overhead roads in Dhaka.

BD needs a capable person and not a fancy guy like Taposh or that Joy.

I figure both will be in very important positions. I agree about Qader but Taposh being Dhaka Mayor is also better than a cabinet minister post. Well let's see what happens.
