I also posted against an Indian member for dragging Nanjing incident on this forum which was related to China. Ask Chinese Dragon or Hu Songshan, may be they remember.

Whether its India, Pakistan or China, first think of what matter are we discussing.

That's true, but out of a thousand times that Indians have laughed about Japanese war crimes against us in WW2 and the mass rapes that occurred in Nanjing, I have only ever seen ONE Indian say that it is wrong (that was you).

What is one in a thousand? Nothing really.

It isn't funny so it shouldn't be mentioned by anyone......

Also it takes one to start the change. If a member posted something problematic and members of his same country tell him to stop/report him, then we can make 1 out of 1000 to atleast 100 out of 1000.

I am not saying go against members of your own nation, just saying take the high ground and ask fellow nationals to do so....

But its what I think...may be different for others....

For the first one and a half years on this forum, I tried very hard to be friendly to Indians, along with my fellow senior Chinese members Seigecrossbow and Cardsharp (both of whom left, due to the flaming).

I gave up though, lol. I just can't stand being called a chink, and certainly not every other day for one and a half years.

You should realize that it is impossible. Once you spend more time on this forum I am sure you will agree.

People told me the same thing when I joined the forum and I didn't believe them until it happened.

I wouldn't judge a country over the actions of a few people on the forum, to much extreme nationalism while I somewhat of a nationalist to much of a good thing is to much of a good thing . as for Cardsharp, Siege their forum is off to a good start.

Corrections do not have to start from any direction but form one's own self.

In my opinion the need is :

Not to respond to stupid posts

Most of us even while creating a post / reply know that this will upset or inflame - don't willfully hurt someone & apologise if you do.

Add & learn from / to a subject , shut up if you cannot

One learns more from listening & reading than speaking or writing.

Lastly, in a forum like in life , it is not necessary that the last word should be yours. Just because anyone feels differently does not mean he / she is against you.

As I said in P.S. of my first post, don't put entire blame on Indians. Most of you will agree that its a Pakistani forum and trolling and derailment of threads by few Indians is expected because of history of our nations. Your retaliatory replies make their posts successful and their aim is fulfilled.

Report it, PM to he MODS in extreme case and try not to take the flame bait. The serious Indian members will follow to act against their own countrymen. We also need you to take such steps too.

Better we act jointly rather than same old game of "You did it first,...No you did it first". It won't lead to any constructive change.

We will try at our end and you try at yours.

I agree Sir but this section is for Pakistan only and Indians don't leave a chance to take cheap shots if something demeaning thread in this section regarding Pakistan is posted.

Similarly, same thing happens when thread is on India and other nation's poster start bashing us.

This section has very high volatility and one should think twice before posting. Make most number of reports on flaming posts in these sections and related threads.

Also the definition of Current and Social Issues should be kept in mind before posting it. Local news and sole incidents don't represent the entire society or country. Local news are banned so it will be better if we avoid such threads.
