Ever wonder what movie the world was rushing to the cinema to watch while you breathed your first? Playback.fm lets you know what #1 movie people couldn’t get enough of the day you were born.
We decided to have some fun with it to see what was the #1 movie the day our famous politicians and celebrities were born.
Read: What song was #1 the day you were born?
Muttahida Qaumi Movement Chief Altaf Hussain was born on September 17, 1953, and the #1 movie that day was The Robe. It’s a biblical epic set in ancient Rome.
Imran Khan, a year older than Altaf Hussain, and invariably at odds with him politically, got Hans Christian Andersen.
Imran Khan’s better half, Reham Khan was born on April 3, 1973, when Charlotte’s Web was the number #1 movie. You may have seen it, but the 2006 remake of course.
Pakistani heartthrob, Fawad Khan, was born on November 29, 1981, when everyone was all praise for the movie Time Bandits. None other than the legendary Sean Connery starred in this British fantasy movie.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was born in December 25, 1949 when Twelve O’Clock High was #1.
Asif Ali Zardari was born when Not as a Stranger was doing really well. And no, Zardari’s no stranger to us.
June 16, 1956 is the birthday of General Raheel Sharif and many people that day must have gone to see Star in the Dust. The movie’s about the hanging of a gunman, but that’s where the similarities end.
