What makes a good daughter-in-law

She's stupid . Pagal .
I've seen one woman who's forced to care for her saas for her all life, her husband has married another woman too . Her saas compels her to fare for her and she complains to her husband when she doesn't . She's not allowed to go to markets, she's not allowed to go to her parents, she's not allowed to go to neighbouring friends
I know another woman who's also forced to take care of the saas and her saas oftenly keep complaining about her all the time for her little mishaps . . This is just so sick . I've decided , I'll not live with my future husband's all family , I'll reject his proposal if he forced me to do so . I sometimes think western soceity is a perfect soceity for a woman , our soceity is just so sick and hateful and unbearable .

Umm I don't think it's the family structures fault. It's the fault of the people inside that family structure e.g. The Saas or Bahu in most cases. Like such bad cases, there are many cases where the joint family lives in harmony. Plus let's not act like women are angels, I saw a post on facebook about what the girl's side wanted for her wedding and it was flat out so materialistic, it made your skin crawl.

But coming back to my point, even in a family structure where a man and a woman live alone, domestic disputes can occur, so it's not the fault of the structure, rather the fault of the people inside the family structure, which ever it may be.

Our people are the most jaahil.on this earth .
Not to mention that why pur nation is being darned by God , it's because of its injustice and corruption to the fellow human beings .

Umm ... I usually love this approach of "our people are the (most xyz bad thing) on the face of the planet" .. You do realize, your including yourself in the same generalization

har kohee maid afford nhi kar sakhta aur phir khana banaoo ghey nhi tu khaoo ghey kidar sey aur phir jidar rehta hoo bunda saafahe to karta he hai..ghar ka kaam karne se bunda maid nhi bun jata..I understand if girls work outside but if they don't work or don't have a career then why they should ask for maids?

Times haven't changed as much we think they have. Although people have become less tolerant and more selfish, that's for sure, and that applies to all parties.

Women need to seriously calm down as majority of the issues are between Sass and Bahu. In joint family system it starts off with high expectations and pressure on the new entrant, and the result is feeling of suppression and eventual rebellion (or open conflict). And then there is the other side where total independence along with many benefits are given at onset yet the Bahu ends up isolating the husband from his family.

another issue is mostly girls have no problem doing household chores in their own homes before marriage but they consider it burden if has to do same in their new homes after marriage ..But if boht husband and wife work full time then they should share responsibilities at home or should hire maids

Whatever you do. change it accept it or flee from it. Never feel ashamed of your roots otherwise you will only be lost.

Education will prevail and such systems are predestined to be rooted out from the society but bit by bit.

Not defending the 'susraal system' in it's intended connotation... I'm just saying people who want to do good, honor and respect their spouse ... can function in any system .. be it the joint family or living alone ... Depends on the people more than the structure in my opinion...

Joint family system has been rapidly breaking up in Pakistan as a result of the increasing individualistic and independent attitudes of people. Boht Joint and separate family systems have their own pros and cons but Joint family system is not always evil as it provide many benefits to couple especially after having children. Feeling of togetherness, security, sharing/caring, passing ethical cultural values to children and power to think of any problem in various angles are some of the assets in joint family systems.
