North of Pakistan basically someone with Afridi skintone is generally considered fair skinned by some Pakistanis although in the North this wouldn't be the case as many people in the North of Pakistan are a great deal lighter than him.

However we are most certainly NOT white. Due to our different facial features.

I think it would be extremely difficult, for an East Asian to pass as a Caucasian.

However, Middle Easterners, Pakistanis and some North Indians have much more "caucasian" facial features. It would be much easier for them to pass as white.
