Most effective and economical thing short of going to war:

Destroy non-Kashmiri/Indian colonies (civilians, ex-servicemen etc) in IOK using long range precision shelling and guided rocket artillery. Basically send a message to Indians wanting to settle in IOK with intention to change its demographics that your families & children will be treated as legitimate targets by Kashmiri Mujahideen as well as by Pakistan. Make it a state policy to target these illegal settler-colonies from time to time. The rewards of doing this far outweighs the risks associated with Indian retaliation.

This is basically a must when India starts doing demographic change

Such a precarious situation does not warrant escalation from our side which would make the conflict go into that direction. We should be keen to support our ally because it's their game right now.

Couple of ideas:

1. Get China's permission to launch a dozen cruise missiles from Pakistan across LAC into Ladakh.
2. Launch thousands of cyberattacks on Indian defense companies to wipe out their computers, steal schematics for Tejas and Indian defence plans and blackmail them by threatening to publish it online.
3. Fly drones disguised with Bangladeshi colors deep into Indian Ocean and then penetrate eastern sea coast of India from Bay of Bengal and bomb Indian airbases like Pearl Harbor. If Bangladesh claims it, double win.

You are making kashmir people life miserable. India will have free hand to kill anyone naming them as a terrorist. And also Kashmir people rest of India will get the same treatment. So far it is not happened.

Looks like pakistan is not interested with Kashmir people, only want that part of land.

I agree this will need some kind of creative thinking. But it is not impossible.

It would probably have to be some combination of a high altitude stealth drone not detectable by Indian radar. If Pakistan sends it deep into Indian Ocean south from Karachi, it would have to fly far down into Indian Ocean into open ocean far beyond range of Indian radar and then make a U-turn to enter Bay of Bengal where South India has basically no air defences. If Pakistan is feeling adventurous, we can get Chinese expertise to make it hypersonic because I think they already built something like that called WZ-8. From there, you can either start bombing Indian military bases or do aerial reconnaissance like in Cold War era.

India will be pretty confused who is bombing them from Bay of Bengal so the element of surprise will be real.
