A few things are inter-connected IMO.

Peace and stability pave the way for a better economy and this in turn attracts foreign investment, and this creates more jobs.

You may add a few bits here and there, but that's how it flows IMO. You get peace, you get better in economy.

1. Education - Giving Pakistanis a world class Education in Science and Technology.

2. Corruption - Elimination of Corruption from all the facets of the Government.

3. Justice - Giving Pakistanis an independent jusiciary capable of giving swift justice to people

4. Law and Order - Provide Law and Order and create Stability in the society.

5. Health Care - Free Health Care for Pakistanis

6. Enery - Solve the Energy Problem and provide the Gas and Electricity to the Business first and then to the public.
