I don't know but in my view if you are descendant of Turk you qualify to be called "Turk" at all times. In my world view he was the a Turkman Turk, doesn't matter whether he was born in modern Iran, Russia or even Antarctic.

I didn't see any response from Iran about its "friend" India as India has abolished special status of Kashmir and implemented unilaterally the bifurcation of indian occupied state of Jammu Kashmir. Moreover there has been movement of huge number of indian troops to Kashmir to suppress the Kashmiris in the last couple of weeks before india took this step.

Dunno about 'friend' Iran but UAE has responded.
