What is difference between moderator and super moderator?

once they become super moderator they disappear

Moderator can not moderate all forums

and

Super Moderate can do this.

That's why the word super added.

Super Moderator has more power, e.g can ban a member and certain other things, while a moderator can not ban a member but forwards the name of member to the Sup Mod to be banned.

Sup Mod is kind of supervisor, doing work as a mod and supervising the work of a mod.
