It depends on the type of uranium. There is no limit on natural uranium, which is what Iran wanted to order from Kazakhstan.

No, because of the predicted procedure in JCPOA, if Iran complains, the JCPOA will be voided and sanctions returns automatically! (thanks to our enemies and our traitors)

Then I say you haven't read it at all. according to the predicted mechanism in JCPOA (page19: dispute resolution mechanism/ provisions 36 and 37) in maximum number of 65 days sanctions will return.(could be 95 days if the issue is referred to a working group at first)

Iran can complain to joint commission, but:
1. the opposite member has the veto right, since the decisions in Joint Commission must be made by consensus.
(page 147: Annex IV – Joint Commission 4. Decisions)
so we get nothing out of this commission and in maximum 35 days the issue will be referred to UNSC.

2.in UNSC sanctions will return automatically in maximum number of 30 days, unless another resolution is ratified to continue the lifting of sanction!!!

so we complain for illegal sanctions, and if they are generous, they wont return the whole sanctions!
nonetheless we wont get anything, whether with or without the new resolution!
