What do Indian children say about Pakistan?

No one is left innocent in this world... Somalia and many African countries, there are kids carrying AK's, this girl is just forming an opinion... If asked a Pakistani kid he or she might have the same thing to say.. No one has to create a great deal about it..

Nope. I think the video is a bit old. It is after the parliament attacks in 2002. I am not sure though.

@Areesh... you maybe right.. This was way back when BJP was in power. There is a reference to the Kandahar incident (of 1999) which was being discussed by one of the kids as fresh in their memory (at that time) and it was natural that the students were questioning Sushma Swaraj about the lack of aggressiveness from the govt. in dealing with the terrorist threats to India.

On the ground level,many dont give a heck as to what happens in Pakistan and even if they give there will be more hawks than doves.

Thats the truth in India and given the numerous terrorist attacks that is not something abnormal or bizarre.

No Pakistan or Pakistan related things are not included in our school curriculum.

I think it is mainly media who forms general public's perception on a remote country/culture etc. Kids will know Pakistan as it's been portrayed in movies, newspapers, tv channels etc. Media is a great way to control mass, that's why first thing they do in communist regime is to fully control media.

When they will grow up and visit defence.pk, their opinion will be changed with more people to people contacts.

no the schooling part is absolutely wrong...the parent part...partially true...my dad has visited Pakistan...I have Lahori roots..not in my house...if there is war or if there are attacks...we all get hyper-shyper...but on an average Pakistan has a special place in our hearts...because we speak the same tongue and my dad(totally his opnion) says that he finds Pakistan as homely as India...warm people...
but then the opinion keeps changing...you'd understand...
