It is an Indian Punjabi song. And yes, the girl ( name Nisha Pameh ) is quite pretty. To me she looks like the Indian and better version of the French actress Sophie Marceau who appeared in the Bond film The World Is Not Enough :

Duniya appears in a lot of languages. I have heard it in West African songs too. Must be Arabic inspiration.

Out of above Rim Jhim Gire Saawan is my most favorite in Kishore Kumar original song....here it is....

i find indians in habit of having their bollywood people resemble those from hollywood all the time and it looks very cringy where its not even close.
