It was established under Ministry of Interior and if I remember right, a faculty member from NUCES wrote the programming code of NADRA's system.

Hahaha I sleep easy at night knowing that an army guy was incharge of NADRA around that time. Those sellout politicians may have offered anything, but I highly doubt the army actually let them do much damage. Its why I love the army

there were some rumors that NADRA data was shared with CIA even during the musharraf era. pak never had a single leader in her 70 yrs.
