He is not talking about India specifically rather telling the Taliban policy in general. No use of Afghan soil against any country means uprooting of Indian terror infra from Afghanistan and that is what Pakistan wants and its western flanks safe.

Spot on. Indeed, his answer is very elegant and evasive. He certainly does not say "we have nothing against India"...he asked why the Taliban should send fighters to India when reconstruction of afg is needed, which suggests fighters can be sent afterwards, or alternatively he asked a question, which has numerous plausible answers. This is why answering a question with another question is enough to outsmart Indian journalists.

Now regarding "needing Indian help in reconstruction", he actually said:

"We need to have a relation with other countries to help us in reconstructing and developing our country.", which simply suggests maintenance of some degree of general foreign policy stability is helpful when rebuilding one's country after a war. He is not implying that India is a particular country that is needed for reconstruction.

The last relevant statement:

"We do not have any policy of interference in any other countries, rather, we want to have good relations with every global partner"....

Everyone wants this and nobody's expressed policy is that of interference. But when pushed hard enough, everyone reserves the right to interfere in other nations or disputed areas when their own interests are threatened.

Ok so now according to an Indian poster in the same interview Taliban are saying that Pakistan have no Influence on Taliban.
Now Some Indians and Their Kabuli Puppies should stop barking that "Pakistan is Destabilizing Afghanistan by supporting Taliban who are a terrorist organization" bla bla bla
If you want to accept the " Indian Cooperation Part" Then also gulp down the "Pakistan don't have influence on us" Part too
