Kakol: Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Pervez Kayani vowed to protect Pakistan from all its enemies.

“We will defend Pakistan at all cost. 14th August, 1947 is one of the most important days of history of the subcontinent. This day reminds of the firm determination of Muslims of this region due to which they worked for getting a separate country in the name of Islam under the magical leadership of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. Today, I thank Allah for that. Let us all pray for the ideology of ideology, unity and bright future of Pakistan. We have no choice but to stick to Pakistan's idealogues. We are firmly determined to defend Pakistan against all odds. We have no doubt about the fact that sooner or later, inshAllah we shall succeed in pulling Pakistan out of this turmoil of serious challenges. The basis of our existence is the Ideology of Pakistan and we are bound to transfer it to our new generation as well. We have firm faith in the principles of Islam. We have to achieve a distinction amongst all nations. We should never forget that Islam is a religion of peace. This great religion binds us together and in no way does it separation amongst us. Armed Forces have been serving the holy duty of defending Pakistan for 64 years now. Our officers and soldiers have always shown unmatched bravery and courage in defending Pakistan, however we could never have been able to achieve this success without public cooperation. We have to remember the sacrifices made by our dignified, lionhearted soldiers and motivate their families. Their sacrifices gave us the courage to defend the unity, sovereignty and prosperity of Pakistan against all dangers. Today, we face challenges which are manifold more complex and serious as compared to the past. We have to put Pakistan on the track of peace and prosperity once again. I have no doubt in my mind that due to the abilities and talent of our youth as well as unlimited natural resources with which Allah has blessed Pakistan, we shall succeed in meeting all the current challenges. May Allah protect Pakistan”.

Thank god for Jinnah. He split the Muslims of south asia in three thereby rendering them to be a disunited and powerless group.
If India was not split then Muslims would have been nearly 40% of the population and the single powerful group of south Asia. They would have won all elections due to bent the largest unified group and controlled India. But jinnah ensured it wouldn't happen . Thanks

2 nation theory is the bases for pakistan we must remember it and pass it to our next generations. I mentioned this on other thread, when india exploded the nukes none of the muslim countries or muslims were happy though it had a large muslim population. And when pakistan on 28 may triggered that nuclear device muslims all over the world were happy. One of my sudani friend the next day hugged me with tears in his eyes " man u made us proud " he said to me

So you do accept that Pakistan was born out of Jinaah's personal ego clashes with Gandhi and other leaders of the Congress rather than the ostensible reason of protectiing the Muslims of the subcontinent.
