I think there shouldn't be held any sports events between these two countries . If Pak wins , some Muslim villages in India are set on fire and the shelling at the loc resumes------- but in case if India wins , whole Pak nation gets into a sadma like state with some zealots breaking off their t.v's and that thing is also true in the Indian case ------

7 Asian Games Kabadi tournaments,
7 Kabadi world cup,
3 South Asian Kabadi cup
and guess all of them won by one team...that winning team happens to be Team India....

So for every 1000 people Pakisran has to choose players from, india has at least 7000 people to choose from. That is virtually possible odds to overcome yet the fact that Pakistan's overall cricket record vis-a-vis india is better is VERY VERY telling and speaks volumes that cannot be dismissed.

It is better for Indian Muslims that India boycotts the match. If India were to take part in the game and Pakistan were to win it (50:50 chance), then gau rakshaks and other sangh parivar goons will unleash atrocities on Indian Muslims. Criminals have been given a free hand to attack Muslims in all BJP ruled areas, and a Pakistan win will give them another opportunity to attack their Muslim neighbours.

No it doesn't, cricket is a sport of skill and talent unlike other sports like field athletics, swimming, weightlifting which is about high performance etc. There you can simply choose the fastest runners, swimmers, highest jumpers or heaviest lifter. A game of pure numbers. But in cricket its far easier to pick 11 players from 1000 than 7000. Which is why Australia and Sri Lanka also has good teams.
