We almost predominantly used cotton ones. The snuggies/huggies etc are only for going out, to prevent leakages.

It burns when not diluted. I don't know any other side effect than this.

So dilute with water and mix with soap foam.

One can use Savlon if available as Savlon does not burn even when not diluted.

it can cause some skin diseases , that's what doctors say .
U should re observe your this choice . It's more better to take a bath after doing your business .

washing with water is not an option in uk, the water will be everywhere... use tp followed by washlets/wet wipes, cleans better than even water(somebody wrote, it feels like a nordic virgin licking your as*, and I have bought them ever since).
dont use baby wipes, they block the toilet.
