FC-2 / FC-20 is the Chinese export name for J-10 variant having the DSI intakes and other stuff, or what we know as J-10B.

FC-1 is the export name by Chinese for JF-17, thus FC-2 is most likely the export name for J-10 as its the 2nd major aircraft after JF-17 / FC-1 being provided for export.

Most probably FC-2 was the designation which somehow got changed into FC-20.

FC-1 = JF-17

FC-2= J-10B

J-10Bs are definitely coming to PAF and what the PAF ACM had been telling was about a J-10 variant, not the J-20 5th Gen fighter.
