War On Trolling

In lieu of the suggestion and need mentioned by various senior, elite members and think tank, this thread is dedicated to control and stop trolling on PDF.

This forum is a great platform to have worthwhile discussion on Defense, International Politics and Strategic Affairs etc. Most of us want to have constructive discussion.

Trolling by few posters clutter the threads and hence sometimes lead to their derailment and missing out of valuable posts of Experts, Professionals, Think Tanks and other Experienced members.

In this thread, post link of those threads and posts which you think are flame bait, revenge orientated and demeaning to someone's nationality, ethics and race. etc.

One does not have to be a MOD if he/she wants to make a difference in improving the quality of this forum. Take some responsibility and use this thread to support MODS also. This forum may not need more MODS if members themselves start acting sincerely. You can also PM MODS if you don't feel comfortable in posting on this thread.

Think objectively and judge the threads/posts irrespective of the poster's nationality.

Only and Only relevant and worth posts should be made.

How about just using the "Report Abuse" button properly?

Actually it will aware the responsible ones about the trollers and they can take some time out of their time spent on PDF to report these threads.

What's better if you can have all troll posts and banned topic threads at one place. Make "Report Button" efficiency better. Just visit this thread and report few posts which you really think are worth reporting. 1 minute or 2, nothing more than that.

Also, MODS can have great help as they don't have to visit each and every thread too oftenly and can start cleaning process from this thread.
