What you have proposed to formulate a place where to post reported links , is actually automatically generated in the moderators forum when you report a post ----- The problem is that the overall quality of posts by individual members is going down & this aspect cant be magically solved by the admin .We can only provide incentive , promotions , subsections , more mods etc

However PDF is still one of the leading global defence forums on the internet & it was made my members who aimed at quality rather than quantity.
