War Injuries Ordinances of Pakistan (emergency)

Helo,

I am from Turkey. You know Turkey and Pakistan is dealing with terrorist attacks. So my teacher gave me a subject to be researched. I need to find Pakistani laws and ordinances about War injuries, War veterans, pension rates of War injuries.

I found an ordinance of 1941 but i am not sure it is curent war injuries law of pakistan.

i also want amendments about war injuries ordinances.
