Maybe in the villages. Paying 5000-10000 rupees to a dancer is expensive to some for sure. And usually it's orchestra with 5-10 dancers and 5-10 band people with instruments.

There are few who might be forced into it because of poverty or other reason but plenty others want to make easy money by cashing their beauty ..How you will justify prostitution in rich wealthy countries. ..less option don't mean you jump into this field because you have dozen others poor women who struggle but still work hard in field and factory to feed their families

Poverty is no excuse of getting into prostitution especially in developed countries. Its depend on your character . women with strong character will not opt for prostitution even if she is in extreme poverty . She will sew clothes , she will work in fields and factories and will do others halal earning then opt for prostitution. I do see some women even sell their virginity to pay fees for university now we will say what a great noble cause but prostitutes (just like por8n stars) come from all different economic backgroundssame way...MANY are abducted or have been abandoned or have left home too early to use their brains!
