The Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) is of the opinion that THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) should do unto other’s what it would have done to itself. The Hindu state has committed the ethnic cleansing of the Sikh race in 1947 and subsequently since the Asian Games in 1982 it commenced the genocide of the Sikh peoples. The deceased Premier Rajiv Gandhi went to the extent of having had the 59th Amendment Bill to the Constitution passed in Parliament whereby the Sikh’s lost their right to life and liberty, whereas Article 21 of THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) Constitution guarantees these two inalienable rights.
However, it will be seen that none of the perpetrators of these heinous crimes have been brought before the law and the Hindu state has not invoked the Rome Statute whereby the International Criminal Court at the Hague has come into being.
Now we come to the plea of THIS’s (Theocratic Hindu Indian State’s) Foreign Secretary Mrs. Nirupama Rao lamenting that Pakistan has not taken any action against the attackers of 26/11 in Bombay. Our party appeals to Pakistan that it should keep in abeyance any action against its citizens till THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) produces the perpetrators of the Sikh genocide before the International Criminal Court at the Hague. We also appeal to America and all civilised countries to follow this benchmark whenever THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) seeks the custody of Mr. Rana and Mr. Headley in the 26/11 investigation of its own. What we wish to convey to THIS (Theocratic Hindu Indian State) Foreign Secretary and her Hindu state establishment is that sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander.

I wont comment on their aspirations with regard to any of their movements for autonomy But i agree with Simranjit Singh Mann over issue of Justice to Sikhs specially in massacar of Sikhs in 84.

The justic is still not provided to them, its been many many years and none is punished except the small fishes

Yupz by next month Khalistan become an independent country ..come on man this agitation has dead long time ago and its only in the minds of some soon to be on grave people living abroad..but i totally agree with Jana that need to get justice for 1984 riot victims..Some congress leaders are also added in to the list and hope Court will give them severe punishments

if they wanted they should have a long time ago.stop dreaming..Punjab is not going anywhere from India..Here is court movement is slow but suerly justice will prevail..Naxals and khalistan objectives are different hope you know that..

You merely don't open threads without any substance, atleast your government is not in denial, at least according to the latest reports. And rest assured there is no movement in Pakistan Punjab.
