VIEW: Fantasies about Pak-China friendship —Azizullah Khan

Yeah, you are right, we re frustrated because Pakistan is scaling new heights of success daily with China's help.

We are not at all concerned with China's defence of terrorist organisation JUD in UN. The article is also written by a Bharti posing as a Paistani, isn't that how you army boys are trained to react?

U posting ur rants again and again.... aint tht a sign of frustration n obsession>?

Get over it............. and i hope the demons of stupidity come out of ur head soon... Ameen.

Peace!:pakistan::china:

So I was right about you being an army boy, the issue of China's support of Pakistani terror organisations supported and protected by Pakistani state (even now JUD publishes fund raising ads and GOP looks the other way) is not an issue for you at all. May be its for energy security.

I see that a lot from army boys, they know their limitations and want these terrorists to fight instead. Self presevation is a natural instinct.

Indians opening threads n telling us its fake and god knows what? doesnt tht show ur obsession and desperation ........ Do u think by doing tht it will all go away ?

what indians are saying is that u cant rely on outside power for ur security. as it is a sign of weakness.

take the indo china war for eg, despite being ill equiped, unprepared and outnumbered 1:8, we did not ask anyone to fight for us. we only asked for weapons.

If you choose to believe that Pakistan and China are about India, feel free, brother man, it's a free world and you can think whatever you like - For Pakistanis and Chinese, it's not about India, it's about overcoming challenges, together, getting by with a little help from "friends" - we wish you could be our friends as well and I am sure some day, not too far in the future, you will be.

For the time being, don't let ferenghi scare you - you are not alone, all you have to do is want the friendship and it's yours for the asking. Let the ferenghi go, let him go back to his home, he deserves the break.

Im loving this! Neighbors to the east more please! More of your "non-obsession" and "not giving a damn" please!

I am in favor of China Pakistan cooperation but going all out and giving them free market to butcher our businessmen is just hilarious. Every-time and in everydeal China gains and Pakistanis get PAK-CHINA bhai bhai slogans......!

That is exactly what I was talking about. Militarily China has done squat for Pakistan, and will not do anything in the future too.

But the larger question is what has Pakistan really gained with its "all weather friendship" association with China? Has Pakistan's international stature grown with this association? Has Pakistan's self-respect and international respect grown? Has Pakistan's economy grown? Has Pakistan's security situation grown better over the years? Has China helped with free development works and infrastructure in Pakistan? Why hasnt China done anything to improve Pakistan's situation?

China is too big concept for Pakistan....:smokin:
Intrinsic and Extrinsic.>>

I see nothing but desperate attempts from third party members to try to get in between a cozy warm relationship and for all the obvious reasons. Too bad the relationship is still as strong as it was ever before.

Overcoming challenges? with our economy and SMEs in trouble from China?
Why is our economy and our SME's in trouble from China?

I can't really buy the argument that the Chinese have lower labor costs than Pakistan. Are they more efficient in terms of better infrastructure etc. - yes.

But then that is something that needs to be rectified on the Pakistani side - improve the infrastructure, improve and increase vocational training for low-medium skill workers etc.

Pakistan's economy is not suffering because of China, it is suffering because of poor law and order, lack of energy, poor infrastructure etc.

So if Pakistani industry has got problems, do you think solution is to aggravate the problem?? If a person gets a wound and has no immediate medication available, he will always try to protect it from bacteria before he get proper medication. It is not a solution to let wound get worse and let it to convert into cancer. We are looser in this Pakistan China trade and I am a witness.

The solution is to treat the illness - how long will Pakistani industry survive, even if Chinese prodcuts are banned in Pakistan, if the underlying issues of lack of trained/semi-skilled workers, poor infrastructure, law and order, and energy shortages are not addressed?

I understand that given Pakistan's issues it is extremely hard to compete with countries like China, but on the other hand it is only when the industry faces such severe competetion that it will lobby (as should ordinary Pakistanis) to get the government to implement the correct policies domestically to remove the issues preventing Pakistani industry from being competitive vs the Chinese or others.

i heard Pakistan have power problem,is it true??? dont mind im not talking military power.
