Another plan about the future. Its all about the coming decades!!!!! At least you admit that US owns is the de facto owner of Indian Ocean and no ships sail in it without American permission.

You know, there is difference between Indian Ocean and Taiwan straits... ?

USN does have a grandfarther role in Taiwan straits and in SCS, in general. That is simply not true about Indian Ocean.

One, its too vast, even for USN.

Second, it is not a priority area for USN (unlike SCS and Taiwan Straits, where US has treaty bound allies).

USN, at best, uses the Indian Ocean for navigation to the persian gulf area, where it was earlier involved.
