True, but the US does have a much larger nuclear arsenal and more delivery capabilities.
China will lose a nuclear war, but America will not win the war, just survive it. The damage to the American mainland will be MASSIVE. America won't risk that.

At the right spot it takes only a single bullet to kill a man, a thousand bullets is not going to kill him more, the idea is stupid. China needs not more than 200 megaton sized nukes to destroy the entire infrastructure of the US. Yes the soil will still be there but whatever will remain cannot be termed as a state. After a nuclear exchange neither China nor the US will survive. And trust me, the warmongers in Washington know that very well. So, nothing is going to happen to China even if it sinks a few american carriers in its backyard. The PLAN can expect the same thing if it fucks around in the backyard of uncle sam. In other words, what goes for China goes for uncle sam too.
