If it is true, then it shows that Pakistan has indeed taken action and is playing every part, significantly, to combat terrorism and promote peace, both internally and externally. This is evidence.

And also if it is true that India was the only one to raise objections during the meeting where Pakistan presented a 600+ page report, then India make a mistake. no they will never blacklist you just keep you on grey list in order to keep blackmailing you. If they blacklist you then they have no more cards left. If I was IK I would not give a $hit about this list and just ignore them and dare them to put Pakistan on black list.
