US to rob Russia of it best innovators and scientists by waiving a certain visa requirement for highly educated Russians

. . . .
Putin is kinda stuck, yes he technically did a lot of damage to Ukraine as he intended, and I bet that many regions of Ukraine will have heavy insurgency even if Russians pulled back, but the fact that Russians are still in Ukraine fighting and bombing shows they are not backing down despite heavy western help to Ukrainians and sanctions on Russians. And now this step will definitely make a lot of Russians to escape, and in them there could/might be Russian spies to..

. .
He never accepts the facts. He needs psychological help from an expert.

Well speaking of psychological help, I believe it is long overdue for this forum to be appointed a psychologist

.

As if every one wants to go to the US if they have chances like 100 years ago, or even 30 years ago. I do not think so. The world has changed so fast.

Russian scientists now can go to various countries more developed than Russia for further development. A lot are already working in Korea, China, Japan and European countries.

Filthiness, clackety infrastructure, poor quality and poor efficiency of medical services (as can be seen in COVID pandemic), trash everywhere, chaos, black riots, white riots, black and white clash, racism everywhere, tent cities, people queueing for food, dirty neighborhood, drugged people walking like zombies on the streets, ... .are the first impression of the US to a foreigner nowadays. Not the land of milk and honey as it was.

i wa

i want official source not your useless wordings

This is just playing a game with semantics. If you aren't 100% white you aren't white..but if you are "mostly" black you are black.

In the United States, almost no one can trace their ancestry back to just one place. And for many, the past may hold some surprises, according to a new study. Researchers have found that a significant percentage of African-Americans, European Americans, and Latinos carry ancestry from outside their self-identified ethnicity. The average African-American genome, for example, is nearly a quarter European, and almost 4% of European Americans carry African ancestry.

There are plenty of Asians here on PDF who live in the US that can straighten your misconceptions out. Most Americans don't live in old big city poor areas so most of what you said is not applicable at all.

That's like saying life in Korea is actually like this so why would anybody want to move there

The above picture may be Korea but the below picture look like India.

There are pockets of slums in Seoul, but cold weather, cleanliness and availability of basic things like water, electricity, drainage, etc. make them very different from Indian or South East Asian slums.

All comparisons are only relative. I do not say the US is as bad as India in these areas, but surely it is not as good as those mentioned countries.

The vast majority of our countryside is long developed. Now I'm not saying 100% of everything is perfect but you can drive to some place 300+ km from a major urban area and it will look fine. Of course if you go to Alabama (considered the worst run of the 50 States) or something I'm sure it will all seem like crap.

I have no problem to find that the American poverty seen on Youtube vlogs are just some exceptional cases. Perhaps they just want to exaggerate things, as usual.

The world, especially competitors, do not want to see the good sides of others and it is perfectly normal. You just have to accept it. The world will see you through those vlogs (One picture worth a thousand words, and vlog are even more reliable than pictures)

Considering Hollywood been demonizing Russians for decades, no Russian is welcome in the US and so they won't come.

Oh there is definitely poverty in the US...but basically we have government welfare giving out free money so nobody is starving. Infact you can even get free housing. This is one reason people every day risk jumping the border fence from Mexico and walking through the hot desert. Free benefits vs starvation in their old country.

As for the inner city homeless/drug addicts on the streets/tents. Well either they don't want to live in shared free housing or they were kicked out of it for being a troublemaker/criminal (and put on a blacklist).

One thing people don't realize about the US is that if you have a criminal record it is hard to find a good job (they run your background) and if you then cause trouble in the government housing you are hit with a double whammy.

A lot are already working in Korea, China, Japan and European countries.

Yeah but what happens when they get older and are not as likely to be hired. If the country they are in doesn't offer them benefits they are going to end up on the streets.
