LoL.. This chart was draw when the Chinese sub Type 095 is not even in service... More or less speaks about the credibility of this kind of amateur report done by US. There all your claim are basically trash and not worth listening...

Yes sure when you stand as close as to the sub as the tractor you can say the sub makes more noise.
However there are some factors: one, you never have the chance to stand next to a sub.
Two, the sound pressure sinks proportional to the distance, meaning, you hardly hear anything if you are far away.
Three, the ocean noise is about 90dB. If the sub makes 95dB then it’s just 5dB difference.
Chinese subs reportedly make a noise pressure of 120dB.

China has shaftless pump jet electromagnetic propulsion technology (Our technology is ahead of the USA).
So the noise of 096 must be the lowest of all nuclear submarines in the world.
The 094 noise is 110 dB.

The noise of 094 is 110 dB, not 096. The noise of 096 is expected to be less than 90 dB. 094 is an SSBN developed in 1980s.
