As for India monitoring ever metre of Pakistan, the irony is if you check satellite imagery of IAF stations and PAF Bases, the Indian assets are always laid exposed but Pakistani airfields mostly appear deserted.

Indeed Satellite monitoring goes back to the 60's and it is available to more states than before, but chest thumping and A$$ smelling? can never go a miss.

you can monitor static structures like bases
monitoring real-time movements of pakistani troops might not be accurate
you do not know what is happening inside a building
