You need to understand the thinking. The US/NATO blames Pakistan for their defeat in Afghanistan. Ideally the Europeans and Americans want a bloodshed between Pakistan and Afghanistan.

People kept saying IK was soft on TTP etc,, but Pakistan tried multiple ways of trying to make afghans act like humans

We released prisoners
We told afghans who had some sort of connection to Pakistan that they could return, live in peace like human beings if they let go of terrorism


All the afghans ever did was throw any kindness back in our face

What a load of crap!! And PTI fanbois here so predictably continue to follow the discredited (by Imran himself!!) 'foreign conspiracy' theory. You people have lost your senses or what??

There is no more American interests in Afghanistan beyond keeping the Al Qaida or ISIS like forces to take hold there again. And for that they don't need anyone to 'attack' Afghanistan. Pakistan helped America in those goals going back decades (remember a certain Ramzi guy nabbed in the 1990s??) and Pakistan did so under even Imran Khan and Pakistan would continue to do so regardless of who's in power.

Americans have moved beyond Afghanistan. The Military Industrial Complex made good money for two decades and now they are making good money via the Ukraine-Russia war. It is not a coincidence that barely six months after the withdrawal from Afghanistan the Russia-Ukraine war started. Plus there are potentials in the Pacific Ocean / China's neighborhood for more money. Afghanistan and Pakistan are a very small fry to the Americans right now and into the foreseeable future.
