Again people think the US was in Western Syria fighting the Syrian government in Damascus. Wrong. We were in eastern Syria fighting ISIS at the Iraq border. Assad and his army were too busy in the West to deal with that area.

When Syria finally could move troops to the East we left and let them deal with ISIS.

How about the Iraqi problem with ISIS elements in eastern Syria coming into Iraq that Syria had no time to deal with because they were too busy with a civil war in the west? Iraq is being actively attacked from Syria. Do they do nothing and just accept it?

I'm sure the clueless Chinese here think the moonscape in Syria was caused by US bombings. Or no Syrian civilians at all were killed in these daily missile and bombing attacks in Western Syria.

So yes some bombing of an ISIS target in Eastern Syria goes horribly awry and suddenly we are the cause of all the civilian pain in Syria.
