China won't even let India into the NSG even though it's just a token gesture, since India already has the NSG waiver. Yet China is still blocking it.

Now how the heck do you think China will then decide to turn around and allow India to get a UNSC permanent seat? When even the USA says that they won't allow any expansion of the veto power?
