Look dude China will not allow India a UNSC seat. Simple as that.

China is an enemy of India with those two territorial disputes.

My friend indians are crazy about white skin and they have this delusion of grandeur so to satisfy this delusion they will sit on white mens lap...i know china wont allow banyas on any table they sit on they are not in the same league!

USA wants India to play a larger role in South China Sea, Afghanistan and ME. India wont do that till it agrees on a full fledged UNSC seat. If they want something, they will have to give something up.

As far as china is concerned, the alliance of India, Japan and Germany is a difficult trio for china to brush aside.
