well wont prove much...India is a big player in SAARC so without her participation i am not sure if much can anyways be achieved.....so i wont be surprised if more national pull off or reduce the participation...lets see...I am hoping that pakistan will quite SAARC in protest ........ after all there is only so much insult one should take.

No there are only 4 sovereign nations in saarc e.g Pakistan Sirilanka Nepal and India rest are all defacto Indian provincesOnly there are 7 nations in SAARC
So you should be expecting 6 guests. Let us see how many turn up.

There are 8 countries in SAARC. 4 Have already declared that they are not coming; One would probably do so in near future.
So it is 2 or 3 out of 8 that would be visiting Pakistan optimistically. SAARC 2016 would be converted into a Pakistan-Sri Lanka summit, with possible participation of Maldives and less possible participation of Nepal.
