Altaf used this word or he invented it! he probably meant mohajirs, Who are urdu speaking but are sindhis because they live in sindh, few months back farooq sattar used the word "Naya sindhis" for his fellow muhajirs. Basically i think this is good, instead of calling themselves mohajirs they can be called as urdu speaking sindhis or naya sindhis. he didnt say urdu speaking sindhis are involved in blasts he said that few of them are being lured by TTP and other militants into doing these type of things.
