I believe HMD would come in Block III and retrofitted to Block II and export variant, as soon as the decision is made for A Darter or IRST WVRAAM.

A-Darter wont get exported before late 2017 early 2018. IRST, I'm doubtful they would sell this to Pakistan. Immediate solution would be Chinese PL-10

2017 and 2018 brings it completely in line with Block III, if not IRIS-T I don't think PL-10 would be preferred by PAF.

Why didn't PAF made its own missiles for Jf-17 and for new future aircrafts??

and that will be the plus point in sale of jf-17.

JF-17 fits the needs of many airforces around the world and it is quite futuristic since PAF will keep evolving this platform/system with new avionics, engines, systems, weapons and even airframe. The main charm of JF-17 is not its price but what it has to offer at this price and upgradability. Price is very good but used aircrafts from other airforces can be purchased at much cheaper price in bulk but they have no future...4-5 yrs okay but beyond that none. JF-17 is a platform to stay for 20 yrs or more with updates.
