Well if the BJP can promise widespread reforms- both in economic and security sense then fine they've got my (figurative) vote. But no way if the candidate is Modi. Indian electorate will never go for Modi (and BJP are not 100% likely to do back him either) anyway so no real threat tbh.

BJP must be able to realise Indian's and the world's ambitions of India in the coming years.

NAmo is a PR disaster... Id rather see Jatley . Namo can always have top order Infrastructural development roles after the victory of BJP.

To say the truth , everything namo has done till now is because of the substantial guilt and impending doom complex tht got his priorities in Order.

The only thing i will thank Namo for is the Fact tht he set really high standards of leadership in India and BJP .

WHen one talks about reforming our political standards we cant show any form of hypocrisy.

Viewing this realistically NAmo has "0" chance of Becoming prime-minister.

The courts have cleared him 100% that he has had no role in the Godhra incident, so why not him? By not letting him be the Prime Minister he deserves to be, you are punishing an innocent man for crimes he did not commit.

IF Modi is Innocent or guilty is irrelevant.

Having said this.

IF u understand Politics u would know as to the effort that go down into passing bills and reform in Parliament.

A leader, ie the PM needs to be a person who has enough "perceived" moral(key word is perceived) firepower that he can push as many allies and opposition parties to his side for a consensus when the time comes to make a decision.

IF any form of bad-repute comes to the foray ,u can be dam sure all Opposition will keep scratching it till it festers ..
After all these are professional politicians...they know there trade.

IN general most people(not in tune with politics) are weak minded ...as in there ability to perceive most situations and propaganda projected onto them.

They tend to sway back and forth in confusing amount of negative and positive propaganda....left and right.

A unwavering leader who has provided no room for bad repute will be easier for the people to rally behind hence giving him more power to make tough decisions.

Modi neither has enough oratory skills to shun criticim ..nor does he have the tact to keep people on his side...hes stubborn and hold on to his beliefs strongly..

so this man is a man of great character and apparently a great statesman...but unfortunately not a politician. a PM needs to have the best of both worlds.

i totally support ur stance ...if u need to hate something dont base it on false hood or it tends to implode.
Indians need to be smarter and more cunning.

At least India is blessed enough with leaders with some amount of foresight and wisdom and BJP is no different in there pros and cons department either.

But some valid reasons for me preferring BJP --

1- more than 2 terms make a party lax and complacent
2-the corruption scandals tht have come to the foray will never let the congress work with full autonomy or good support base.
3-The BJP has take ques from popular sentiment and have see people respond to progress very dramatically.And they would be wise to capitalize on the euphoria.
